Professional Shucking of Fresh Pacific Oysters
Shucked oysters are packed in pints, quarts and half gallons. Occasionally special requests of gallons are filled. Oyster meat sizes are small, medium and large according to FDA counts and HACCP procedures.
Clausen Oysters welcomes visitors and gives (prearranged) tours to groups of l5 or more people. Tasty oyster treats are offered at the end of the tour.

Save the strained oyster liquor! It can be refrigerated in a tightly covered container for no more than one week, may be used in stews, seafood chowders and other recipes that require oyster liquor. Reduce salt required when used in recipes. It also can be frozen.
